1 cup rice, 1/4 cup urad dal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 inch ginger, 2 handfuls of coriander leaves, 200 g minced chicken, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 2 whole red chiles, 8-9 curry leaves, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, salt and pepper.
