DeFi Aggregator 1inch Expands to Sonic Network
1inch, a leading DeFi aggregator, has officially integrated the high-speed Sonic network from Sonic Labs.
Starting today, 1inch users can swap seamlessly on the Sonic network and use cross-chain functionality with other EVM-compatible blockchains through the 1inch Wallet and 1inch Developer Portal.
This integration makes Sonic a native option inside the 1inch Wallet. Users can now store, swap, and track their Sonic-based assets with ease, fully supported by 1inch Portfolio.
Meanwhile, Sonic’s liquidity is also integrated into Pathfinder, 1inch’s intelligent routing algorithm, enabling users to interact via the 1inch interface or API.
All swaps executed on Sonic via 1inch are protected by built-in MEV protection, guaranteeing each trade is fast, fair, and secure.
“With this integration, users receive our gasless, industry-leading swap rates on Sonic and can securely trade to and from the chain, no bridges required,” said Sergej Kunz, Co-Founder of 1inch. “This is another step toward our mission of unifying the DeFi ecosystem, while also reinforcing why we remain the number one DEX aggregator.”
Sonic network achieves sub-second finality with up to 400,000 transactions per second.
Active traders can chase faster fills and tighter spreads. Builders get access to Sonic through the 1inch Developer Portal APIs, including Swap, Balance, Spot price and History, while first-time DeFi users benefit from low fees, making it an ideal on-ramp.
