Valour, GulfCap ink deal targeting digital assets investors in Kenya
Canadian firm, Valour Inc has appointed GulfCap Investment Bank as its key transaction advisor for cross-listing its exchange traded products on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE).
The firm says the cross-listing which is still subject to approval by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) will allow Valour’s ETPs to be traded in Kenya Shillings on the NSE, providing investors in East Africa with exposure to leading digital assets through regulated investment vehicles.
GulfCap Investment Bank which will lead the transaction advisory process will ensure the end-to-end support for the cross-listing, covering regulatory coordination, due diligence, documentation, investor engagement, and listing execution in line with NSE and CMA frameworks.
