PANews reported on February 17 that DEXX published an article on the X platform to explain the doubts and questions related to the progress of compensation: 1. Regarding the order of compensation, compensation is made in ascending order of amount; 2. Regarding the progress of compensation: from the 8th to the 14th, all users who “have a safe wallet + have pledged” 5000U and below have been compensated. On the 15th and 16th, user feedback was collected to check for deficiencies; on the 16th, users with 5000-8000U have begun to be compensated.

Regarding the fact that the compensation speed is slower than users expected, DEXX said: “Recently, we have received a lot of voices in Telegram saying that they were within the compensation range but did not receive the compensation. However, after checking, we found that some of them had been compensated 1-3 days ago, and the other part was due to no staking/no secure wallet generation. Within 2 days, we received a total of 863 similar private chats/customer service tickets. After verification and statistics, only 152 of them were true. A large number of repeated private chats/customer service tickets will slow down the progress of compensation.”

4. Regarding “Why the amount has been paid to the range of 5000-10000, but I have not received the compensation yet”, DEXX stated: “To successfully receive the compensation, two conditions must be met. A secure wallet has been generated at the time of compensation and the NFT has been pledged. Most of the time, a secure wallet is not generated at the time of compensation. If you have not received the compensation after checking your wallet, please make sure that a secure wallet has been generated and the NFT has been pledged, and then contact customer service to register.” 5. Users who have not yet received the NFT need to manually register with customer service because the collection channel has been closed, and their compensation will be postponed.
