The Real Altcoin Season – by CryptoCon

Bitcoin and Altcoins have started to take a small tumble, which should be expected given the massive amount of greed that has entered our space.

In the last Altcoin Data Newsletter Premium, I talked about “Preparing for An Altcoin Cycle Top”.

There I talked all about what altcoins need to do to prove that our cycle top was inbound. I talked about the DOGE barrier:

Then I said this:

According to the Golden ratio multiplier, the level to break is circled in green at $0.233. Once price had closed above this level in previous cycles, the cycle top for Bitcoin was only a matter of time.

From the green circle break-in cycle 2 to the Jan 2018 top, it was about 8 months, in the cycle 3 break to the May 2021 top, 4 months.

Even though price was exploding then, the barrier remained set in stone. Here is the same chart now:

The rally did not surpass the green band, to trigger the run to the cycle top.

Is this just another retest like we’ve seen in blue? We’ll be talking about that today!
