Bitcoin Price Predicted to Surge Past $40K, While Thug Life Token Raises $200,000 Within 72 Hours
Traders are bullish on Bitcoin after a week of strong fundamental events helping its price hold above $30K.
Bitcoin is trading at a local resistance level of around $30.5K, which it bounced at in May. However, a popular trade idea on Tradingview is that Bitcoin is gearing up for a breakout, moving to $34K and then ascending towards $40K.
Trader RLinda brought the idea forward, and it has proved popular with 120 boosts on TradingView so far.
Meanwhile, prominent cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe predicts a similar fate for Bitcoin. In a recent YouTube video, the trader called for the next part of the Bitcoin cycle to reach highs between $45-$50K, followed by one last correction before the Bitcoin halving.
Taking a longer-term outlook, Michaël van de Poppe forecasts the Bitcoin price will peak in December 2025 at around $300K-$400K.
The long-term bullish sentiment is shared by other well-known industry figures too. In recent weeks, Michael Saylor’s Microstrategy has purchased a further $347 million of Bitcoin. This puts the company’s total Bitcoin holdings at over $4.6 billion.
Previously, Saylor has famously said that “Bitcoin could reach $500k in the next decade”.
However, Ark Invest CEO Cathie Wood is potentially the most bullish, forecasting Bitcoin to reach $1 million by 2030.
In another forecast, trader Tolberti predicts that Bitcoin will steadily climb to $100K in 2025. The forecast was published in a recent TradingView post, where the analyst also predicts Bitcoin will reach $1 million by 2044.
