The digital sneaker collection, GutterMelo MB.03, represents a new era for basketball apparel and fashion. Designed by LaMelo Ball as part of his fashion collaboration with Puma, these sneakers aim to push the boundaries of innovation. Each buyer who purchases the NFT sneakers will also receive a physical counterpart to showcase in the real world.
By combining on-court style with online expression, this collaboration empowers basketball players to showcase their unique fashion sense and raises awareness about web3 technology and digital collectibles. The aim is to bridge the gap between traditional and digital fashion.

To participate in the collection, enthusiastic buyers can register on the allowlist platform Premint. However, the site has already indicated that it is over-allocated, and not all buyers will have the opportunity to mint into the collection. Those fortunate enough to be on the early access allowlist can purchase the GutterMelo MB.03 sneakers for $175, while those on the early access waitlist will pay $195. The price for the public sale will then increase to $215.
NFTs have become a popular medium for digital fashion, with streetwear and sneakers leading the way. In April, Nike launched its first digital sneaker collection through its Web3 platform, Swoosh. Despite some technology-related delays, the collection surpassed $1 million in sales. In April, Adidas joined the trend by releasing its first series of NFTs associated with its Into the Metaverse Web3 ecosystem.
