MetaMask Wallet Browser Extension Enhances NFT Capabilities

The widely used MetaMask crypto wallet has added support to its browser extension’s capabilities for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). This update could prove useful for NFT holders and make trading a bit easier and safer. 

MetaMask announced its latest version of an extension. All ERC-721 and 1155 tokens should appear as long as automatic NFT detection is enabled. v10.28 brings an NFT view into its browser extension. With this update, users can send ERC-721 tokens.

New Features Helping User Experience 

MetaMask, the market leader in software non-custodial crypto wallets, announced the latest update incorporating an NFT tab on April 5. This will allow users to access respective NFTs within wallets easily. 

“In our latest version of extension, all ERC-721 and 1155 tokens should appear as long as automatic NFT detection is enabled. With this update, you can send ERC-721 tokens. We’ll add the ability to send ERC-1155 tokens soon.”
