BlockDown Festival announces Portugal as its next location for huge Web3 culture festival

Block­Down Fes­ti­val: Por­tu­gal, host­ed by Web3 Cre­ative Mar­ket­ing and Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Agency EAK Dig­i­tal, will kick off its sec­ond annu­al in-per­son Web3 and blockchain fes­ti­val in Algarve, Por­tu­gal, on July 10–12, 2023.

In keep­ing with the Block­Down Fes­ti­val brand of host­ing the fes­ti­vals in unique and unfor­get­table loca­tions, The Algarve Coast  is locat­ed in the south­ern­most region of Por­tu­gal, mean­ing that this sum­mer bash will offer exclu­sive VIP net­work­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties along­side beau­ti­ful sun­sets, pri­vate beach­es and boat tour excur­sions down the coast includ­ing to the leg­endary Ben­gali Cave.

The fes­ti­val will bring togeth­er key lead­ers in web3 and the cre­ator econ­o­my, focus­ing on cre­ative indus­tries such as music, fash­ion, enter­tain­ment, sports, gam­ing and arts. With the large influx of web2 brands over the last 18 months, Block­Down Fes­ti­val will also host speak­ers from major tra­di­tion­al brands dis­cussing their entrance and expe­ri­ence into web3. Speak­ing con­tent includes exclu­sive fire­side chats, pan­els, debates and keynote speeches.

Block­own Fes­ti­val: Por­tu­gal will be host­ed at the Lick venue, Vil­am­oura, the largest out­door enter­tain­ment area in the Algarve region. Block­Down Fes­ti­val: Por­tu­gal will have six dif­fer­ent realms for atten­dees to explore; each realm will fea­ture dif­fer­ent inter­ac­tive expe­ri­ences and activ­i­ties to pro­vide atten­dees with the best net­work­ing expe­ri­ences imaginable.

Block­Down Fes­ti­val atten­dees will once again bring back its NFT gam­i­fi­ca­tion com­pe­ti­tion to the event enabling atten­dees to unlock token-gat­ed expe­ri­ences and win phys­i­cal mer­chan­dise and NFTs/Tokens from Block­Down Fes­ti­val and its sponsors.

Block­Down was first launched in April 2020 as the web3 industry’s first-ever live vir­tu­al event and Por­tu­gal rep­re­sents the eighth edi­tion of Block­Down.
