The MCADE presale is now in its sixth stage, with the price set at $0.017 and the closing price at $0. 20. This follows a successful Stage 5, where the token hit its price cap of $0.0155 within a short time. Metacade will release MCADE for listing on multiple exchanges once the presale closes out.
Russell Bennett, CEO at Metacade, said: “We’re thrilled to have so many investors and GameFi enthusiasts on board for the next stage of Metacade’s journey. Everything is on track and we will be keeping the community updated every step of the way.”
Metacade and its take on play-to-earn gaming
Built on blockchain-based play-to-earn (P2E) mechanics, Metacade is designed to host a collection of arcade-style games. The project has been audited by CertiK, who have analysed the entire project, including verifying the authenticity of its team and code. The project team is promising players breathtaking P2E gaming experience and to transform gaming as we know it.
Metacade is counting on its loyal fanbase to build a strong community that will power its ecosystem’s growth. It has attracted the attention of the development community on social media, and they have been sharing ideas ranging from app interfaces and user experience (UX) concepts. With the community-based approach in mind, Metacade says it intends to hire part of its development team from within its community.
MCADE tokens and Metagrants initiative
MCADE will power transactions on the Metacade ecosystem and will also be used as a reward token for gamers on the platform. Gamers will complete gameplay on Player vs Player sessions, completing tasks and overcoming challenges. Users can also earn MCADE tokens by participating in platform activities such as reviewing games, attending events and helping other users.
Metacade has also established the Metagrants initiative, which funds developers building on the platform. To qualify for grants, game developers pitch their game proposals to the Metacade community, who then vote to decide on the games they would like to see developed. The games with the highest number of votes receive funding to develop their gaming concepts into games.
